SALES & Marketing ASSISTANT
Reagan Outdoor Advertising is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in the Chattanooga market. This role plays a key part in helping our sales staff deliver exceptional service to advertisers while driving new business opportunities through effective marketing and client support.
You’ll work directly with the local Sales Manager (Rick Zitkovic) and our sales team to enhance our market presence, streamline sales operations, and help generate revenue through smart marketing strategies and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Client Service
- Assist sales reps with proposals, presentations, and campaign materials
- Conduct research on prospective clients, categories, and local market trends
- Help manage CRM updates, pipelines, and follow-ups
- Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and campaign updates
Marketing & Creative Support
- Help develop sales collateral, one-sheets, recaps, and promotional materials
- Coordinate with design teams for artwork, proofing, and production updates
- Support local marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and community partnerships
Operational Support
- Maintain inventory lists, photos, and location information for billboard assets
- Assist with posting, proof of performance (POP) photos, and campaign documentation
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in media, advertising, and local business development

OPERATIONS TEAM
Job Description
We are looking for Individuals that enjoy working in fast paced environments that involve working with your hands and learning new skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Installing and maintaining all billboards.
- Removing and hang flexes, remove and hang vinyls, cut and prepare flexes and vinyl for installation.
- Maintain structures; repairs include but are not limited to: tightening bolts, painting steel structures, as needed, paint structures, assemble structures and faces when required.
- Building and installing extensions, cutting brush/weeds, conduct storm damage repairs.
- Use power/manual tools and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Attend safety meetings on a regular basis
- Maintain vehicles, tools, equipment and machinery.
- Responsible for taking completion photos for proof of performance of billboards.
What We're Looking For:
- Good communication skills.
- Must be willing to work and get along well with others.
- Ability to comply with Reagan safety standards while performing work.
- Ability to work from ladders and carry a ladder and/or other tools to the worksite from vehicle.
- Ability to safely use construction equipment.
- Ability to climb heights and work at heights above ground safely.
- Ability to document installations, through photographs and written logs.
- Skills in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver’s License is required.
- Previous experience working at heights up to 100 ft preferred.
- The primary work environment for this position is outdoors, requiring the ability to work in adverse weather.
- The physical demands for this position include heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds) extensive bending and climbing, sitting less than 50% of the time, standing and stooping.
- Good perception, and peripheral vision.
